    Northfield successfully rezoned the property to a residential use and achieved over 19 dwellings per acre. Northfield closed on the property less than 60 days after rezoning, began development less than 10 months after rezoning and contracted to deliver finished pads for 4 different product lines to national homebuilders..

    The project included 52 Affordable unit building, and an additional 332 market rate condominiums.

    During the rezoning Northfield agreed to partner with the County to build a traffic circle at the intersection of Waxpool Road and Foukland Pkwy bringing a significant traffic improvement to the county.
