  • Northfield identified an opportunity to transform an underutilized property between Navy Yard and Barracks Row into a modern, mixed-use community. Northfield created the initial vision for the project, and successfully gained entitlement and approval for the plan with the District of Columbia.

    Northfield identified a purchaser for the project, who then constructed a 20-unit for-sale condominium community with 3,000 square feet of ground-level retail.

    Eagle Bank provided the acquisition and development financing and Bozzuto Construction built and sold the condominiums.
