CherryDale is a 1.96 acres assemblage of the Inns of Virginia and Lee Center shopping center in Arlington County.

The properties are currently zoned for mixed use to an FAR of 2.0. Northfield’s plan is to demolish the existing uses and replace them with 72 condominium units in three buildings up to permitted residential 1.5 FAR.

We are processing a 4.1 Site Plan Special Exception application through Arlington County with anticipated approval in the Summer of 2023 and closing on the property in Summer of 2024.
