Landbays A, C and D of Huntington Club are part of a significantly larger project assembled and recently rezoned by The IDI Group Companies adjacent to the Huntington Metro station in Fairfax County. Northfield and IDI have formed a Joint Venture to acquire and develop finished lots in the Landbay A, C, and D for a national builder.

IDI is acting as the Master Developer for the entire project including all entitlements and shared infrastructure efforts. Northfield is the managing member of the JV and is responsible for developing the 200 lots after acquisition. Closing is anticipated in December 2022 and finished lots prior to the end of 2023.
