Northfield acquired 11 acres from the Webb Companies as part of the existing Heritage Plaza redevelopment in Annandale, Virginia.

Northfield achieved all of the required environmental approvals and entitlements in order to create a 67-unit townhome community, successfully transforming the existing plaza into a thriving mixed-use community.

Northfield developed the land and then sold finished lots to a national homebuilder to complete construction of the townhomes.

Having successfully originated, entitled, and developed the property, Heritage Plaza is another example of Northfield’s diverse capabilities and flexible approach to maximizing returns for its investors.
