Adam Nelson

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

With a focus on developing single family, townhome and condominium communities, including resort and active adult, Adam brings over 17 years of experience in both land development and property management to Northfield. Adam is responsible for overseeing land development activities, including obtaining plan approvals, budgeting, scheduling, and managing site work, as well as delivering completed lots and taking projects through the bond release process.

Prior to joining Northfield, Adam was the Division Real Estate Manager and Project Manager for Pulte Homes, responsible for managing the development of all Maryland communities as well as overseeing the set-up and transition of all Homeowner and Condominium Associations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Adam earned a BS in Finance and Economics from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
